Our grass-fed Beef blade steak cuts are rich in flavour and are perfect to marinade. This cut is an excellent solution for many different recipes. This cut of beef meat benefits from slow, moist cooking and has delicious results in meal ideas such as casseroles, braised beef and marinated blade steak with mashed potatoes.

Delivery Orders.
- Minimum delivery orders = $40
- For orders over $100 = Free delivery to Christchurch addresses.
- For orders between $40 – $100 and delivery in Christchurch = $10 Delivery Fee.
- Delivery times are between 11 am and 4 pm Tuesdays and Fridays except for public holidays (you cannot choose your delivery time of day).
Click & Collect Orders.
- Pick up orders from Butcher Store = No minimum spend for online orders and pick up.
- Click & Collect Orders placed before 2pm can be collected the same day (please allow 30 minutes). Orders placed after 2pm can be collected the following day (business days only).
