Beef Sirloin Steak
Beef sirloin also known as beef porterhouse steak is a cut from the loin that offers good flavour in a thick cut ideal for grilling, broiling, sautéeing or pan-frying. While the top sirloin doesn’t have as much marbling as a ribeye, it certainly has enough to provide good flavour for a steak. We like our sirloin steak served with a nice sauce and a side of chips and salad.

Delivery Orders.
- Minimum delivery orders = $40
- For orders over $100 = Free delivery to Christchurch addresses.
- For orders between $40 – $100 and delivery in Christchurch = $10 Delivery Fee.
- Delivery times are between 11 am and 4 pm Tuesdays and Fridays except for public holidays (you cannot choose your delivery time of day).
Click & Collect Orders.
- Pick up orders from Butcher Store = No minimum spend for online orders and pick up.
- Click & Collect Orders placed before 2pm can be collected the same day (please allow 30 minutes). Orders placed after 2pm can be collected the following day (business days only).
