Our grass-fed Canterbury beef fillet is a delicious, succulent cut that not only melts in your mouth when cooked, it is also a great source of protein and iron! Whether you’re pan-searing, roasting or grilling this cut is a great way to treat your guests or just yourself. Cook your steak to perfection and drizzle with a nice homemade sauce such as peppercorn or mushroom sauce, or if you prefer, serve with garlic butter on top.

Delivery Orders.
- Minimum delivery orders = $40
- For orders over $100 = Free delivery to Christchurch addresses.
- For orders between $40 – $100 and delivery in Christchurch = $10 Delivery Fee.
- Delivery times are between 11 am and 4 pm Tuesdays and Fridays except for public holidays (you cannot choose your delivery time of day).
Click & Collect Orders.
- Pick up orders from Butcher Store = No minimum spend for online orders and pick up.
- Click & Collect Orders placed before 2pm can be collected the same day (please allow 30 minutes). Orders placed after 2pm can be collected the following day (business days only).
